I'm Gabriel Zhañay
After going vegan for my health and the animals 8 years ago, I started gaining weight.
I ate 'healthy' vegan meals, workout out every day, yet I didn't feel like a healthy vegan role model.
As a fitness expert, I felt like a fraud. I didn't want to share my lifestyle with anyone. So I started researching. I became my own health scientist.
